Booking Conditions

Deposit: To make a reservation at our luxury villa, we require a deposit of 50% of the total amount for your stay. The remaining balance must be paid upon arrival or through bank transfer преди before arrival.

High-demand periods, such as holidays: For stays during New Years, Christmas, Easter and others we require 100% deposit. Failure to pay the remaining balance by this deadline will result in the cancellation of your booking and forfeiture of the deposit.

Accommodation:

• ▪ Check-in: after 15:00
• ▪ Check out: until 11:00

Smoking: Not allowed in the villa

Pets: Not allowed

Minimum Stay: Minimum two nights for every reservation

Cancellation Terms

No-Show If you fail to arrive without prior notice of cancellation, the full deposit will be forfeited as a penalty.

Cancellation 7+ days prior to arrival:

• ▪ Full return of the deposit
• ▪ Use the prepaid amount as a credit toward a future stay (within six months)

Cancellation Less Than 7 Days Before Arrival:

• ▪ 50% of the deposit is retained
• ▪ The remaining amount will be credited toward a future visit within six months

Early Departure: The full booking amount is non-refundable
